Forever after - Pt1

Just came back from a  lovely wedding from Combe Lounge. Turns out that the Wills family who owns the tobacco company used to live here and now it is being used as an events venue. From the architecture its very much similar to Wills Hall of which I lived in the pass when I was a Fresher student living in halls. Anyway, today the weather had been phenomenal. The couple were great and energetic. I'll put up the people shots tomorrow but for now I'd like to address the beautiful envoironment where the wedding itself took place. In all honesty, I wouldn't mind having mine there neither if the day come.

Scavenger Hunt - Bristol

Recently we had a scavenger hunt in Bristol Photography Society where members have a chance to meet one another in a fun way. Without saying my team won and as team leader/committee member I'm proud of our overly energetic team of students. Given the task of taking 15 subjects was the aim of the game and the actual quality of shot wasn't as important but was fun as ever!

Iconic - Banksy, need to say more?

Naughty but nice - hehe
Ship-shape and Bristol fashion

Flash - like a flash mob dancing

The Written Word - A protest was conveniently taking place there

One too many - the bottle of wine disappeared soon after

Reflections - taken at the Planetarium by @Bristol

Bristolian - has to be the Hooters

Manufactured - like all sculptures

Fresher

Rah!

The Good, Bad and the Ugly (apparently in order!)

Caught in the act

Aftermath - where else but the kebab shop?

Siren!

New coffee machine

As part of my photography blog, it may not seem relevant to any of my commercial side of things but definitely would not survive without a good cup of coffee in the morning. This is not at all a retaliation to my overly keen tea drinkers housemates!

Bristol at night

I've been more than busy recently with everything Bristol has to offer and so sorry for the late post. On a brighter note, I've been running around bristol at night to take a few night shots whilst looking after a group of fellow photographers. 'Looking after' is more of an understatement, 'herding' would probably be the better word to describe the situation(not very elegantly I apologise!) So this is fairly far of my usual standard but it gives a general overview of recent Bristol.

Off topic day - Food cont

Nothing too fancy, the spiced brown bread ice cream pudding was very time consuming though as the caramel pyramid kept on snapping when I was trying to mold it. The raspberry coulis is also a great touch to the desert
